CardVault is a sports card inventory and storefront platform built for card shop owners, collectors, and collection members who need a single place to catalog, value, and sell their cards. Whether you manage one personal collection or consignment inventory across multiple owners, CardVault keeps every card, collection, and sale organized in one shared storefront.

The platform is designed for three kinds of users. Shop admins and owners get a full admin console to create collections, add and edit cards, run bulk uploads, track orders, manage customer inquiries, and review sales analytics. Collection members act as sub-owners who can contribute cards to a shared storefront while keeping their inventory grouped under their own collection. Customers and guests can browse available cards, view detailed listings, add items to a cart, and check out securely through Stripe without needing an account.

CardVault tracks everything that matters for a working card shop: quantity on hand, asking price, purchase price, estimated market value, grading details, and card imagery. Built-in tools like AI-powered market value lookups, bulk CSV uploads, and sales reports help owners stay on top of inventory and revenue. The app is built and maintained by the CardVault team on the Base44 platform, with responsive mobile support so you can run your shop from any device.
